Chiefs Training Camp Begins in St. Joseph

The Kansas City Chiefs took the field for the first full practice of training camp on Sunday morning at Missouri Western State University in St. Joseph, Missouri. Voice of the Chiefs Mitch Holthus and senior team reporter Matt McMullen were on hand to provide updates and insights from camp. The Chiefs will hold 14 practices in St. Joseph, concluding on August 19. Practices will be held from 9:30 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. CT each day, except for Saturday, August 12, when the team will hold a scrimmage at 7:30 p.m. CT. The Chiefs will also play three preseason games, all of which will be held at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri. The first preseason game is set for Saturday, August 12, against the Chicago Bears. The Chiefs will then host the Arizona Cardinals on Saturday, August 19, and the Green Bay Packers on Thursday, August 24. Fans are encouraged to attend training camp practices and preseason games to support the team and get a glimpse of the 2023 Chiefs.
